What kind of private projects have we worked on?
Our team at BridgeFab has worked on a number of private projects, from the Colmslie Hotel to the Grace Lutheran College. In fact, we have worked on many jobs in Brisbane and the surrounding area, including the new RSPCA Animal Walk Headquarters in Wacol, as well as several local colleges and universities.

What public projects have we worked on?
We have worked on a number of tender projects throughout the course of our time in the industry. Some of the government projects that we have worked on include the UQ Ace building, for which we partnered with our sister company 3DFAB to provide 3D scanning and layout technologies; Lismore Hospital, for which we fabricated some steelwork; River City Hospital, for which we supplied, fabricated and installed structural steel; and Lions Richlands, for which we supplied, fabricated, provided a surface treatment and installed structural steel. When it comes to tendering, we make sure that true competition is achieved, which allows government bodies the chance to properly assess their options and determine the best company for their particular project.

What does our process involve?
We typically proceed through seven stages when we take on a new job. When you accept our initial quote, you will meet with a project manager who will discuss your project timetable with you, as well as any possible issues that might arise along the way. You will also have the opportunity to go through a design review with your project manager, which is helpful in reducing the risk for issues on site.
Once the scope and timetable of your project have been agreed upon, the drafting process can begin. All steel elements will be detailed into a 3D model to accurately represent your project, after which the RFI process can take place, in which any abnormalities or ambiguities can be questioned.
Sign off can then be granted, and installation of your project can begin. At this stage, an experienced rigging team will erect your project. Once your job has been completed, warranty manuals will be provided in order to guarantee workmanship for up to twelve months.
