Michael is our BridgeFab leader, overseeing the entire business from estimating, administration through to steel installation, and is the driving force behind innovation, sustainability and developing long-term BridgeFab partnerships.
With more than two decades of industry experience, including senior leadership positions, Michael began his career as a boilermaker in structural steel, giving him a deep understanding of steel fabrication from the ground up.
Matt Safi
Site Manager
Matt oversees all steel installation activities across our projects to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and without impacting programme. With more than two decades of experience in steel fabrication and project management, combined with a trade background as a qualified boilermaker, Matt brings strong technical expertise and a practical understanding of every stage of delivery.
Daniel Marsh
3D scanner / Project Coordinator
Daniel has worked at BridgeFab for over 15 years and is responsible for overseeing projects and assisting with 3D scanning. Daniel will make sure your project is detailed correctly in 3D with quality assurance at the forefront. Daniel is trained in 3D scanning and brings the latest in cutting edge technology to the building site.
Cameron Greenfield
Project Coordinator
Cameron is a qualified Architectural Technician with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Shortly after gaining his qualification and working as an Architectural Technician, he moved into steel detailing and completed various projects, utilising the skills he has gained to effectively coordinate structural projects for BridgeFab’s customers.
Cassie Predl
Quality Assurance Officer
Cassie is responsible for overseeing BridgeFab’s quality assurance across all projects and ensuring work consistently meets client expectations, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Robert Reed
Processing Manager
Robert is our go-to specialist for all CNC plasma laser and robotic cutting, ensuring every piece of steel is cut precisely to drawing specifications and fabricated to the highest quality, helping make steel installation seamless on site.
Stratos Scott
Workshop Manager
Stratos oversees the day-to-day operations of the steel fabrication workshop, ensuring all steel is manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with both quality requirements and customer specifications.
Nerida Degen
Administration Officer
Nerida manages BridgeFab’s accounts and reception and comes with over six years of organisational expertise and plays a key role in coordinating office activities.
